Disney Mania

We had a great time with family and friends at Disney World for Christmas. This is at the end of the 2nd day at Magic Kingdom right before they lit the castle. Have to say the Castle lit up was AWESOME as Michael put it. Disney is always fun to go to, but might I suggest NOT at Christmas, unless you like crowds, long lines and did I mention Crowds. We spent 2 days at Magic Kingdom and 1 day at Animal Kingdom and the best day was at Hollywood Studios (formerly known as MGM). The boys were picked to be Jedi Knights in training and they had so much fun and were so proud when they completed it. We were amazed with the car scene chase show (can't remember the name, must be having a senior or a blond moment!) Indiana Jones was funny, tho I have to say that show hasn't changed much in 10 years. Fantasmic was a great show, we had 2nd row center seats and had a great experience. We spent Christmas with Julio's family, his Mom; Jaime/Laura-Erica, Amanda and Danny; Juan/Leslie - Sebastian and Isabella; Kiko - Julito; Andrea, Nancy, Ricardo and Samantha. We all met at Jaime and Laura's vacation house at midnight Christmas Eve and opened presents, drank hot cocoa and ate panatone. The kids played, and played and played until we got back to the condo at about 3:30 am. Santa foudn the boys in Orlando and left magic snow that does not melt.....how cool is that.....and Christmas Day we VEGGED. All in all it was a good time, tho we missed Julio's brother Jose, Diana and Micaela....well maybe next year we will all get together again.
